| I`m new to Ham radio, but I am impressed with this radio. It transmits and receives clearly and the battery seems to last quite a bit longer that I expected. It`s not "feature rich" but for about $50 it`s small, light, and gets the job done... and that is exactly what I was looking for. |

| i bought this and verified with baofengradio.com , it is authorized seller, the problem is seems this raido could not be reset, if reset, all prestored channels are gone. you need to set it one by one, i talked to linkednew, they asked me to buy cdrom and usb cable for it. however it is chinese version, linkednew said they will ask baofeng to make youtube about how to reset it. anywy, just dont reset the raido. i m satisfied linkednew exchanged a new one for me . |
